Born in Rome in 1967, Ferri earned his Law degree from the Università ‘La Sapienza’ in Rome and is enrolled with the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma as a Supreme Court Attorney. After gaining extensive experience in leading law firms in Rome, he established his own practice in 2000, focusing on advising companies in internationalization processes, with a specific emphasis on business relations between Italy and Central and Eastern Europe. He is accredited as legal counsel to the Embassies of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic in Rome.

Since 2010, Ferri has been a member of the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry; from 2015 to 2020, he served within the International Observatory of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome; and since 2018, he has been a member of the European and International Law Commission of the Rome Bar. He joined Horizon Consulting Network in 2019 and, since 2021, has served as Legal Partner of Horizon Consulting Italy.
