Simone act as Local Partner for SGS & Partners, an independent and international firm of business consultants and accountants, handling corporate reorganizations, cross border transactions, governance matters as well as strategic and business management advice for a vast number of corporate and private clients.
He is a member of the Board of Directors in many companies, acting as both executive and non-executive director. He is Chief Operational Officer for an Irish regulated financial broker.
Simone previously worked for a merchant bank and various consultancies based in UK, Italy and Switzerland.
