Born in Genoa in 1958. Entrepreneur and manager. To date he holds managerial positions in well-known companies as president, advisor and Honorary Consul. He currently holds the position of president of Overpartners S.r.l. and Confcommercio International Genova. He is member of the Genoa Chamber of Commerce and AICE (Italian Association of Foreign Trade). He is Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic with jurisdiction over Liguria and Piedmont. He is Ambassador of the city of Genoa in the world.

As an entrepreneur, he set up valuable start-ups in the fields of transport, finance and IT, successfully sold. As a public Manager, he was called to cover various roles of responsibility such as: President, Vice President and Director of AMIU S.P.A. Genoa (Municipal Society of Urban Hygiene); President and CEO of the regional company for the internationalization of Ligurian companies Liguria International S.C.P.A.; President of the Ligurian Public Utilities Trade Union where he also held the role of National Vice President with responsibility for exports. In addition, he was a member of important public and private boards of directors and he was a director of the advisory board of Unicredit Bank for the North West.
