We are pleased to highlight the recent contribution of our partner Jiří Kučera and his team, who actively engaged in the institutional debate on the future of regional television broadcasting in the Czech Republic.
At the request of Senator David Smoljak, the office prepared a legal opinion concerning the intervention of O2/OnePlay in regional TV content distribution and the passive approach of the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting (RRTV).
The findings were presented during the round table “The Future of Regional Broadcasting”, held in the Senate of the Czech Republic, with the participation of RRTV representatives, media professionals, and Masaryk University. The legal opinion was authored and presented by attorney Mgr. Karel Machačka.
