The official presentation event of Horizon Consulting Hungary, the newest member of the Horizon Consulting Network, was held on Thursday, 8 May, in Budapest at the Create.26 venue.
The event marked a significant milestone in the Horizon’s strategic expansion in Central and Eastern Europe, drawing the participation of institutional representatives, stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
The event opened with a welcome address by Franco Aprile, President of Horizon Consulting International, who emphasized the importance of the Horizon’s international vision and the strategic value of establishing a direct presence in Hungary.
Following his remarks, H.E. Manuel Jacoangeli, the Italian Ambassador to Hungary, reaffirmed the commitment of Italian institutions to supporting the internationalization of enterprises. Additional remarks were delivered by Bernardino Pusceddu, President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, and Giovanna Chiappini Carpena, Director of the Italian Trade Agency in Budapest, both of whom expressed their strong support for the initiative and its anticipated positive impact on the local economy. Mark Berenyi, Chief Advisor for International Relations at the Hungarian Ministry for National Economy, conveyed the Hungarian government’s keen interest in collaborating with organizations capable of generating added value, such as Horizon Consulting Network.
The official introduction of the new branch was presented by attorney Paolo Di Franco. In his keynote speech, titled “Twenty-Three Years and Counting: New Prospects in Consulting and Advisory with Horizon Consulting Hungary”, he outlined the company’s journey and its future outlook in the country. Mario Moretti, Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Horizon Consulting Network, contributed with an address titled “Managing the Reverse Flow: Investments from CEE Countries to Italy. The Horizon Consulting Italy Experience”, offering insights into investment dynamics from Eastern Europe to Italy.
The event was further enriched by testimonials from entrepreneurs who have partnered with Horizon Consulting to develop and consolidate their businesses: Mauro Visco, Co-Owner of 6SEI, operating in the automotive sector; Davide Gioda, quality consultant at CQA Certification Kft., specializing in corporate safety and ISO certifications; and Agoston Holman, CEO of Loricatus Kft., an innovative company specializing in digital scanning technologies for the construction sector.
The event underscored Horizon Consulting Hungary’s role as a key partner for supporting Italian and Hungarian companies in their respective markets, fostering constructive dialogue between public and private sectors with a shared focus on sustainable growth.
