Born in Turin in 1974, Sandro Guidi holds a Degree in Political Science from the University of Turin and a Master’s in European Union Law and Economics from the Jagiellonian University of Kraków. He is the Founder of Guidi Consulting, an international Executive Search and HR Advisory firm. With over 20 years of experience across Italy, Poland, Central & Eastern Europe and selected extra-EU markets, he acts as a strategic advisor to manufacturing, engineering and technology-driven organizations, supporting them in building leadership teams and strengthening high-impact HR functions. He specializes in executive search and direct headhunting for senior management and technical leadership roles, with strong exposure to manufacturing, automotive, engineering, aerospace, energy and high-tech sectors. His expertise extends to HR consulting, talent strategy, organizational development and leadership advisory.

CIPD professional certificate & Certified ICA Agile in HR & Leadership, he applies a modern, data-informed and business-oriented approach to talent acquisition and people strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, performance and organizational culture.

He is fluent in Italian, English, Polish and Spanish.
